The shopping list:
_ Wheat grains. 0.25 lb.
_ Tomato. 4 units.

Instructions:
1. Soak the wheat overnight
2. Cut vegetables as indicated in the diagram
3. Drain the wheat and mix with the other ingredients.
4. Pepper and salt if needed.
