The shopping list:
_ Sprouted barley. 1 cup
_ Milk. 1.5 cups
_ Salt
_ Cocoa powder
_ Vanilla
_ Almonds
_ Honey
Instructions:
1. In a small pot, add milk, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Heat in low temperature.
2. Add barley until liquids reduce.
3. Serve in a cereal bowl, adding almonds and honey.

Homemade Pancakes Mix
The shopping list
_ Flour 1 1/4 cups
_ Baking Powder
_ Sugar
_ Salt
_ Egg
_ Milk
Instructions:
1. Measure the ingredients and put them in a bowl.
2. Beat the mix until having an homogeneous paste.
3. Using a hot pan greased, add a scoop.
4. Turn when the pancake does not present bubbles.

Baked Apples and Oats
The shopping list:
_ Apples. 4 units
_ Maple syrup
_ Lemon juice
_ Oat groats. 1/2 cup
_ Nutmeg
_ Cinnamon
_ Pecans. 1/2 cup
_ Butter.
Instructions:
1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients except the apples .
2. In a baking sheet, put the apples (cored) and fill them with the topping
3. Bake for 20 minutes 425F

Overnight Oats
The shopping list:
_ Oat groats. 1 cup
_ Almond milk. 1 cup
_ Salt
_ Cinnamon
_ Almonds. 1/2 cup
_ Strawberries. 1 cup
_ Honey
_ Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, put the oats covering with milk and salt (optional).
2. Let in the refrigerator all night.
3. Add cinnamon, almonds, strawberries, honey, and greek yogurt.
