_ Chickpeas 1.5 cups
_ Tahini
_ Ancho Chili Powder
_ Olive Oil
_ Paprika
_ Lemon Juice
_ Garlic. 1 clove
_ Salt
Instructions:
1. Put cooked chickpeas (no liquid) in a processor until obtain a smooth paste.
2. Grind in the mortan a clove of garlic with 6 Tbs lemon juice and salt.
3. Mix the chickpea paste, garlic with the rest of the ingredients.
