Hollandaise Sauce
The shopping list:
_ Yolks. 5 units
_ Lemon juice
_ Cayenne
_ Salt
_ Butter. 1/2 cup
Instructions:
1.-
In a blender running, add the yolk, lemon juice, cayenne and
finally the melted butter as a thread until the mix get a think consistency.
2. Add salt and pepper.
