_ Chickpeas 1.5 cups
_ Sun-dried tomatoes 2 Tb
_ Olive oil
_ Lemon Juice
_ Olives. Pitted. 1/4 cup
_ Salt
Instructions:
1. In a processor, put cooked chickpeas (no liquid), sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, and lemon juice.
2. Processor until smooth.
3. In a bowl mix with chopped olives and salt if necessary.
