_ Butter
_ Shallot. 1 unit
_ Garlic
_ Tomato. 1.25 lb
_ Oregano
Instructions:
1. In a small pan, saute the shallot and garlic with the butter.
2. Processor the tomato until obtain a smooth paste.
3. Add the tomato to the shallot and garlic, cook at low heat for 20 or 30 minutes until get a thick consistency.
