Quinoa Bell Peppers

The shopping list:

   _   Bell Peppers. 4 units
   _   Onion. 1 medium unit
   _   Garlic. 1 clove
   _   Tomatoes. 1 cup crushed
   _   Sprouted Quinoa. 1 cup.
   _   Pepper
   _   Oregano
   _   Salt
   _   Mozzarella Cheese. 1/2 cup

Instructions:

1. In a pan with oil, saute the onion until translucid.
2. Add garlic, moving for just a minute. Do not let burning.
3. Add tomato, sprouted quinoa, pepper, oregano, and salt.
4. Cook for a couple of minutes.
5. Clean the bell peppers, opening on the top.
6. Fill the bell peppers with the quinoa mix, add cheese on top.
7. Bake in the oven (375 F) until the cheese melt.
